Valentina Cordero Dávila is a professional chef, specialized in vegan cooking & baking with natural ingredients and healthier alternatives. She studied in France in the Paul Bocuse cooking school and with chef Marie Blanche in Paris.
She lived in Napa Valley, California, where she worked in Thomas Keller's Bouchon bakery And Etoile Restaurant in the Domaine Chandon winery.
In 2007 Valentina adopts the vegan lifestyle, which lead her cooking knowledge to a new
philosophy using natural ingredients without any animal products.
She has worked as a private chef for clients as tennis superstar Serena Williams, and as a consultant and recipe developer for companies such as: Wellness Grub, JugoFresh, Dr Smood, among others.
She lives in Miami, Florida where she works as a recipe developer, food stylist and consultant.
